users of AFI Professional. If your problem is found to be a bug
or, for some reason, we cannot resolve the problem, you will not
be charged for telephone support.
Telephone support is $40.00 for each ten-minute
increment of time. Most support questions can be answered in a few

Premium support provides 15 months
of coverage if purchased with AFI Professional or 12 months of support
if purchased later than one week after purchasing AFI Professional.
