Telephone support is available to registered users of AFI Professional. If your problem is found to be a bug or, for some reason, we cannot resolve the problem, you will not be charged for telephone support.

Telephone support is $40.00 for each ten-minute increment of time. Most support questions can be answered in a few minutes.

If your question involves the computer operating system or a hardware problem, the AFI help desk will not be able to solve your problem.



Premium support.

Premium support provides 15 months of coverage if purchased with AFI Professional or 12 months of support if purchased later than one week after purchasing AFI Professional. Support is not available on AFI, LLC holidays.

Premium support is priced at $400/year and includes:

Unlimited telephone support between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday thru Friday Pacific Coast time.  Average wait time for access to the AFI support desk is less than five minutes.
